All purchases are final. I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Returns/Cancellations: Due to the nature of these items with intended use, I do not accept returns. For custom orders, I cannot accept cancellations since we begin processing items as soon as the order is placed.

Shipping policies

CURRENT SHIPPING: Every item is handmade by me, therefore items are currently taking around a 3-5 days to ship once payment is received, large orders and custom orders may take up to two weeks to ship (unless prior arrangements have been made for a rush order and this does not include the time it takes to travel through the mail).

I ship by USPS First Class mail. Shipping cost will be added to your order before payment is made. Please make sure your address is correct. I will notify you when your order is shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

I'm not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Please contact your local post office.
